There's a slight problem with that north view. I can still see some of the house behind the garage part.

That will be my wife's sun room with an endless pool in it.

New year, so new avatar photo. I visit the storage garage every few weeks just to check on things. I'm being as patient as I can...

I'm about to catch up you out!

I'm still working on stripping the Miata. Oh, and I got a '67 VW Type 3 Squareback to use instead of the Super Beetle. If I used the Beetle, there would have been problems with interior fitment, like there wasn't enough lateral room for the seats and the very wide miata transmission tunnel, so the seats would have to be extremely narrow and pushed inward a few inches, therefor the steering wheel and seats wouldn't have lined up.

I started a youtube channel to document the whole build: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVB...4pRUpNI3xoe3-g

What would be a different project is swapping a Prius Prime drivetrain into a 1959 Chevy. Why? Because the Prime looks like a Honda Insight that swallowed a 1959 Chevy whose tailfins are poking out the back.

I think a Prius C chassis under an early Chevy Corvair would be much more fun. Think of the double-takes it would get!

Would it be feasible to set up one Prius drivetrain to the front wheels of an F150 [and a second Synergy Drive to the back axle?]

The famous twin-engine Toronado would far exceed in fun what you’d spend to convert and “save”.

Mad Max can ease the clutch to cut in the supercharger, but starting an entire other second V8-425/TH-400 drivetrain while at speed makes warp drive a reality.
