Back then, "evil never wins" was taught to children.

This is why we are such dupes today.

He was always the first, but every single time he parked just to add some trap on the road.

Don't we all know people like this though?

It's not enough to win, they haven't won until they have hurt someone?

So I Googled "homemade carbon fiber car" and found this.

New body underway | Illuminati Motor Works

Quote:
The team worked with Reg Schmeiss through April and May, pulling molds off the rear of the car and making new body panels out of carbon fiber. As I write this, the area spanning from the back windows to the tow hitch has shiny new body panels. Total, they weigh only about 60 pounds and are much stronger than the foam and fiberglass they replace.

When the new body is in place, Seven will be more efficient than 207 MPGe.
There are three Youtube video links listed on that page FYI.

I've seen this car before in this forum, but it's been a while.

Hot dog! A X-Prixe contender IIRC. I'd have gone with 1956 Corvette taillights and 1963 DeSoto grille bar, and then take it to Lead-Sled meets.

After they added new side windows, to open like in usual cars, the project got f...up. Worse aerodynamics, worse MPG, got uggly... But Steve Farbbo said in a interview the aerodynamics got better...
Without speek about the weight...quite heavy for a 2 seater vehicle.

But the most absurd was they said was expecting the drag to be CD: 0,05, like Morelli theoric, and the CD of 0,11 for type 1 version was a surprise for them. Everyone with basic knowledge should know the theoric number can't be reached after add wheels, even with good streamlined covers for wheels.
