That's my guess. It's the stock K24A2 header. I'd have preferred a K24Z with integrated header but this block was much cheaper, is more tunable (has VTEC on both intake and exhaust cams), and is capable of more power.

Integrated header allows leaner operation and faster warmup

Currently working on sorting out the fuel system. I hadn't realized but the TSX motor has a returnless fuel system. The CVT Insight also has a returnless system (or at least, the return is in the tank) whereas the 5MT Insight has a return line from the fuel rail. Looks like I'm going to need an aftermarket fuel regulator and to re-plumb the lines.
