^^ I like it, except for the center console and much-too-busy headlights.

Honda helpfully provide a plan figure

for you Templating needs.

The treatment of the lower body strikes me as a less radical Bugatti Stratos.

A flip up child's seat perhaps?

Honda IMAS

I tried to find a top or plan view which showed the seating layout from above. I could not find one, but no longer suspect it to be a 3-seater.

Why a rear seat with no leg room is shown in the section is a mystery to me.

That's the part I was talking about. I thought the center console should be wrapped with black foam rubber and bands of friction tape, like a proper race car.

Now I see it. It's on the center console, right behind the blue lever. Looks like it slides back for adjustment. I believe that would be called a postillion seat.

I'm still skeptical about that speaker grille/shift lever or whatever it is on the doors.

Interesting cars and interesting websites.

The Corvair Futura Concept strikes me as a well-made custom rather than Chevrolet factory work. Although I can see Strother McMinn penciling in those free-standing lights.

I recall the Testudo but not that it was Corvair powered. I like the peep mirrors.

There is a picture on WeLei's main page that fronts a dead link.

I'm curious what that is.

The Futura kicks butt!

And it really was a Futura, fortelling the popular car-based mini-van by 20 years.

I'm confused, is the '64 1/2 Falcon Sprint considered to be a Futura? 'Cause the roof appears to have the same 30° angle VW used on Golf/Rabbit hatch in the 70s.

I used Tin Eye to get a better look at that yellow car, it's a solar racer.
