Now that's kawaii. Not much clue at Pelican Parts, but I did find an article, that is translated here. It's a 2005 reproduction of a 1966 car. The original was white.

Fascinating car. Too bad it didn't finish that race.
A modern interpretation did actually finish its own race. In first place.
Won unlimited at Pikes' Peak... of course, that was after Monster Tajima moved over to electrics. Still cool. Hayabusa-based V8 sitting on one side, driver on the other. chain-driven all-wheel drive.
