With a few slight modifications ( remove those protective perimeter bars) this looks fairly aerodynamic.

Below, not exactly street legal - but very cool.

This one has potential, cover up those spokes, re-rout the exhaust pipes....etc.
If nothing else, a low "A" in the CdA calculation, although the rolling resistance of that rear tire may negate it all.
