Some nice truck examples here:

Why aren’t buses and trucks aerodynamically shaped like cars?

They ask why not shaped like a car and show a Luigi Colani design? That's a close as you'll get to piloting a UFO down the road.

Same as the Chevy Monza 2+2, my older sister's boyfriend had one.

Those rear seats are worse than a Porsche 911's of the same era.

The geometry is all messed up, I was 5'-4" tall and 125 lbs and could hardly squeeze in and out. Amy length of time back there was like a Vietnamese sweatbox.

It wasn't a Vega, Pinto or Gremlin, but that's not saying much.

The AMC Spirit came along in 1978 and was a real game changer.

I did find this.

I would imagine the 8-cyl above Cd is about the same as the 4 cyl the boyfriend had.

It looks like it would come close to fitting the Aero-Template, don't know why that one site estimates it's Cd so unfavorably. I must let a lot of air underneath it.

EDIT-1: I did an overlay so see what the problem was (no air attachment).

Improving Aerodynamics to Boost Fuel Economy
https://www.edmunds.com/fuel-economy...l-economy.html

Quote:
Slippery Styling Several automakers recently unveiled concept cars that are dramatically more aerodynamic than today's production vehicles — concepts like Volvo's 3CC (with a Cd 30-percent better than the S40) and Mercedes' bionic car (at 0.19 Cd). Could these companies be trying to gauge buyers' reactions to strikingly different designs — or even prepare us for more radical-looking vehicles to come?

Our Tesla Model 3 with 440 miles of range blog was in error!

We have removed our A Tesla Model 3 with 440 miles of range blog at EV due to math error I made in determining range. I also removed the supporting videos at You Tube for this blog. We will be posting a new video explaining our corrected math on the aerodynamic improvements. The link for my place keeping blog notification at EV World is posted above.

Look Ma, I'm a Civic!

It even has 50/50 folding rear seats.

I owned such a Civic for almost 12 years and 200,000 km. I still feel more attached to it than all the other cars and motorbikes I owned put together.

My sister had a 4WD Civic wagon from the same era, it was amazing the amount of stuff she could fit into it.

Great for bicyclists that want their stuff in the car.
