It's a Toyota bB, the JDM version (it doesn't matter either way; I'm just being specific). Having two blueprints on there makes it look really busy.
Arragonis, pick up Thom Taylor's "How to Draw Cars like a Pro". It will show you all you need to know from perspective and proportion to basic rendering techniques.

How about one with a very thin single crease line between the headlights seperating the bonnet (hood) from the lower bumper. The lower bumper could have a moveable panel as you have it but with very thin slats. The panel behind could have a conventional grill also in the body colour.
A little like the CR-Z or even the old CRX but without the lower opening grill being very obvious, more stealthy, and using the newer headlight shape you have
It would make the front look "solid" and clean, and would also emphasise the side shape and profile in a 3/4 view.
Having the full width grill also allows for engine flexibility - the 1KR-FE has only a small radiator on the left front (from the driver's seat) but a 1.0 or 1.2 TDI will have a larger unit and an intercooller, as will larger petrol units - e.g. the Toyota 1.3 or even the new 1.6 from the Yaris Hybrid.

My thought was to get rid of the big opening or feature in the front and have something simpler, so the car doesn't look like its going Raaaarrr at everyone - like this
(small children have been found sucked into the radiators of Peugeot 407s - fact) - but your later rendering makes it stand out more Something like this but without any of the lower grills or opening, and without the "bling" bit in between the headlights.

Ok, I see. I was just kinda going with the trend of extremely pissed off cars! When the project starts up again I can work on that. BTW that generation Civic is gorgeous, especially the coupes.

Yes, the edges need to be well rounded. I'll narrow the rear track a bit more and that will let the sides have more taper. I lowered the stagnation point from the original sketch, and I was trying to have a similar look. I'll try to do some rear wheel strakes as well, since they also may nee to move back a bit more too - that exposes them to more air.
