If you are shifting every five seconds in stop-and-go traffic you are doing something wrong.

Because ATs in stop & go traffic don't require any footwork at all, I guess.

In my MT, when the stop & go is stopped I can take both feet off the pedals if I want.

At least the Toyotas I drove required one foot on the brake everytime. Took it off and it started accelerating while on gear.
