Numbers probably should be larger size... I can't quite see it with shark's teeth or such though.

If a car was painted in digital camo, it would become a hazard.
Already, we drive slower than most everyone, so the last thing we need is to also not be seen.
Just look at the belly tank on that F/A18 . It is unrecognizable even sitting still.

I agree though that a car would look 'cool' in digital camo, but I want to be seen :-)
If you want visibility, then chose one of the color schemes used by the fighter aircraft in Von Richthofen's Circus (Jagdgeschwader Nr.I) in WWI. They were designed to make an individual pilot's plane instantly recognizable by the rest of the group, useful when coordinating aerial maneuvers in the days before on-board radio. The infamous all-red "red baron" triplane was one of milder color schemes used by that group.

The digital camo doesn't hide anything in urban landscapes. A vehicle in digital camo would stick out like a dude in BDUs at the kwik mart.

Some Lozenge camo would look good on the FrankenJetta.

For added visibility, it can be made as gaudy as you can bear

Kind of ironic to select a paint scheme of a air group which used to shoot down Japanese aircraft. I mean it's a Japanese car, right?

Some fun I've had with a similar theme a few years ago.

I'm taking opinions on the hovercraft "eye" locations, more inward or more outward?

I say paint it "Olive Drab".

Where did you get the teeth from? I might just have to buy a set

Actually, yes and no.

I thought of this very thing myself ( notice I did not have any national insignia on the boattailed Civic on page one ? )

Yes my Civic is produced by a Japanese company ..... but the car was actually made .....( drumroll ) ....in CANADA eh !

Digital's cool. A guy on MIVE painted his Audi like that. Not sure how long it took. Actually, it is probably a vinyl wrap. That would be the easiest way to go if you're doing something complicated. And believe me, I should have wrapped the Probe.

That lozenge paint job is pretty cool looking but you'd ALWAYS have people asking why your car has scales, if it's a snake, if it's a lizard, etc. It would get annoying.

The highest visibility color to humans is safety green. Our retinas are more sensitive to that specific shade than any other wavelength. That's why they paint it onto fire trucks.

Of course you could combine that with the military thing by doing a Korean war era F86 Sabre paint job. Just make the stripes out of reflective green and you're good to go.
