Yeah, that's exactly what I think of him.

I mean, sure, he knows what makes a successful company better than anyone and has a track record like nothing else, but he obviously doesn't know anything about what needless expenses can do to a bottom line.

Exactly...

Not just about what parents demanded or not demanded of the kids, but what the example the parents gave.
In general the repulsive aspects of a generation tends to get rejected buy later generations.

Some people say there is sights of some people today, youth people, tending to assexuality. Maybe it's because some generations before had a life style do disburbed, crazy and imoral, that created repulsive feeling in some people in later generations.
This despite all erotization and porn influence of media. So the disgrace had to be strong to create some repulsive feeling in some people.

The world would be a much better place if people was able to see the sh...t in their own generation and not just in other generations. This is a selfish characteristic of human minds.

It's all that walking the line that separates order and chaos. Sometimes chaos wins the day.

I wonder if he discovered something that frightened him, or if it's run of the mill depression which he says he's always been prone to.

Yeahh... trust doctors, trust their prescriptions...

Drug dealers could study medicine, to learn how to create more addicteds and so expand further their business. After all, medicine it's creating more addicteds than drug dealers...

No benzodizepine detox on USA, only on Russia???
This sounds like a left wing argument... The so powerfull USA, the storng captalism that should created advanced treatments for people with $$$$ can't be better then the f...ked Russia (today in economic and social problems as remains of comunist era)... really???

Trust psychology. They can take care of you, after all thy don't know how to take care of themselves.

This talking about he took the drug just after his wife get sick... I don't believe. He is probably using if years before, explaining his nerves of still while dealing with radical left wing protesters or harsh interviews.
Anyway now they said the drug use started after a food autoimune reaction.

In this video, after rehab, after (suposed) leaving the drug, he looks like a frail scared child:

There is a scared child behind every angry man.

Any way, in the field of mental health, most people who choose these areas are people with a good deal of personal psychologic problems.

The other half of the coin is the patients. You can't just blame the dealers, because people create the demand. That's not to say that doctors are off the hook for prescribing pain meds, but patients will insist on it, and how do you measure pain anyhow? The pain scale is meaningless because a patient will say whatever will get them what they think they want.

Peterson is Canadian; he lives in Canada. They have socialized medicine, so apparently it's their socialized medicine that has failed him in this instance.

I don't know anything about the drug. That said, most drugs (any?) don't enhance the ability of the person to think calmly and clearly and communicate effectively with others. Usually drugs do just the opposite. How he managed a highly demanding and successful speaking tour while on the drugs is amazing.
