Found a sticky for you off of CRX Community.

How To: Replace the Timing belt and Water Pump

This CRX's belt broke, I didn't read all of the thread, but it might give you encouragement to get it done soon. Timing belt snapped

Better safe, then sorry!

I finally got my LED's for my Cluster last night and I am VERY pleased

PS - Can you find what else I did to the cluster?

I also got a License Plate Kit

Finally actually have my car registered and insured now too

Also I put a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator for extra blocking powaaa

I'll have better photos of the cluster soon enough.

That radiator replacement may be the best thing that could have happened to you. A lot of people let the radiator go to the poiint where they blow a head gasket, then when they replace the gasket the engine uses oil like crazy until it is completely rebuilt. I would be upset if it was a new radiator but after 10 years or so thay need replacement anyway. If you are curious cut the old one in half and look at the tubes to see if they had any accumulation of gunk restricting the flow of coolant.

VERY COOL!! I want to do that too! The cluster is really dim at the brightest setting, and LEDs would make it that much better. So, what did you use? I have some extra loose LEDs.

So, looking at the top ten list, I see IsaacMTSU's CRX and he claims that he wants 5w-20 oil. would I be better off with that over 5w-30 and what about synthetic vs non synthetic in that thin of oil?

No look at my actual mileage haha

Thanks for the link. I'll see if I can do the conversion myself, and if I can't, then I'll see how much he'd charge for a set.

I originally thought you had the engine rebuilt, and thus reset the odometer according to that. But looking back, I guess you just cleaned it up a bit.

So, you reset the odometer according to when you bought it?
I suppose that would be okay as long as you NEVER sell it. Otherwise I believe that's illegal (Even in Idaho). I hope to never have to sell my CRX! I thought that of RAVadoodle too! But now that I've learned a lot more, an auto really isn't practical. So the future is uncertain for her at this point.

I don't know, I kind of like seeing 289,0xx miles on mine. I probably won't reset the odometer after I rebuild the engine either. It's kind of like a badge in a sense. At least to me.

The common wisdom here is that synth is always better than the dino (watch someone contradict that now). I have run with the mobil fuel economy 0w-30. And currently 5w-30 (only because of availability). In cold the lighter oil will circulate more quickly. Some guys think it helps FE. I'll be reconsidering soon what to do when I do my next oil change.
