It looks like a hybrid version of my matrix. I might even be able to add my boat tail on it. I know what I can buy next

Get that new Lexus hatchback hybrid wrecked, and transplant the engine into your Matrix. The only reason that Lexus exists is to fill the production void that was left when the Vibe was killed, so the drive system will easily fit into a Corolla-chassis car.

It only seats five. I was hoping for a 2x2x2 seat (a la Mazda5) or maybe a 2x3x2.

They say it's 60% more cargo space.

It's nice to see a wagon variant but that front end is just hideous!!!!

The C200H uses the same drivetrain as a 2010+ Prius. It would be much easier to find a wrecked Prius.

No offense, but I don't think Pontiac competes with Lexus that much. The reason it exists is Lexus is trying to get younger buyers who want a green luxury vehicle, something nicer than a Prius. IMO the C200H is a pretty nice car. It still gets good mileage, looks great, and has all the gadgets you could ever want.

Why'd they have to block out the rear visibility so much? That rising panel in the rear isn't doing anything useful.

Wishing for a third-row option. If you need to seat 6 or more, what choices are there? Mazda5 = not so great FE. Odyssey = $$$ if you get the FE version, which still falls far short of this Prius (19/28 vs 42/38).

I read one report that implied there might be 3rd row seating in other markets, but not North America.

What would be the difference? Average passenger weight and GVWR?

MZ5 is WAY better for MPG than the Ody is! Also, you can get it in 6 speed manual!

Probably the new niche leader along with Mazda 5 & Ford C-Max

Does this make me look fat?
May look repetitive but let's just add another K-wing (& rear wheel covers) to alleviate the larger trail wake shapes of hatchbacks, wagons and crossovers.

Well, I like it.

But you knew I'd say that. (Who ever says "yes" to "does this make me look fat?")
