Exclamation Ninety-nine cents per gallon!!!

12/31/14 Topped off the tank and filled two gas cans for .99/gallon!!!

Wasn't going to do E85 it being winter and all but as I approached the station I thought "I'm not stopping unless fuel is completely ridiculous like a buck a gallon"..." How could I not?

I NEVER thought I'd see 99 cent fuel again.

I wonder how many gallons of wasted fuel will be used now as a result of this, using the excuse " but it's so cheap now !

I think the very last thing on our minds now is the resulting environmental effects caused by burning that gasoline.

Have some self control. The next thing you know you are going to be racing up to red-lights, warming up your car for 15 minutes and driving your pickup everywhere. We may need to do an intervention.

Well, I did go 65 mph after that for 50 miles. It's been a loooong time since I cruised that fast.

I have mixed emotions about gas being cheap. I'm glad I am saving money with lower prices, but I have a personal hatred for lifted trucks, which we're certainly going to see more of.

I know that these prices won't last, there will be an emergency or some political action that will make prices jump back to the mid $3 range.

Or even higher than mid $3 per gallon... it's only a matter of time.

That wasnt gas, that was e85. It was only 15% gas he purchased for 99 cents.

Im shocked, I get my e85 from mapco, aka east coast and their e85 trails the price of mid grade or 93 octane. Many cases I just buy 93 octane gas vs doing the e85 mixing.

2.11 a gallon here for regular.
