Unfortunately the front is messed up from my dads accident. the front bumper bent way in and the sides of the bumper broke some brackets and bent out. Untill i fix it i dont think pictures would accurately reflect what i want to do. I dont think photoshop would be all that good because its hard to see the curves, it would just look like a picture with the wheel well covered in.

I could make them square boxes so no compound curves. Just flat curves on top and on the front and back. The top of the wheel arches are pretty flat i would just need a good amount of body overlap in front and behind the wheels. Lol.

I would rather keep with the rounded curves of the body and not make it any larger than neccesary but square covers are a last option lol.

Driving home i noticed that trucks have more squared arches than cars. I think that might allow a larger range of tire sizes with the tallest tire sticking up into the top of the lowererd wheel well line but if its shorter tire it will still look okay. But the well has to be wide enough for the biggest tire.

Too bad, I want to do something for my front wheels but I need to see it before I can make one. How about a front quarter on view in photo shop?

I found an old picture, the angle makes the gap in front and behind the wheel look only 40% of its actual size and the top gap look 80%. A side view would make it look worse. I could take a picture of the rear wheel arch which has chrome plastic trim tomorrow in the light. Only the front bumper is sticking out all funky.

I want to lower the truck if i can afford it and there will be side skirts. The wheel cover will probably go below the wheel skirt level to cover the whole rim.

That helps me see what you are trying to fix.
Go for the aero hub caps first. That should gain you glad or more of what the skirts should gain you.

I'm not really good at 3D images. I like to use the side view of your truck from tirerack.com (the "View [wheel] on Vehicle" option). That way it's not distorted by perspective :

I reduced the wheel gap by 1/2 from the original picture and the bottom of the side skirts match the front air dam.

What year is that truck? the back doesnt look like mine. Did you lower the truck several inches? why did you stop the wheel skirts so much higher than the side skirts and air dam? high?

That is the "step sided" version of the 2WD Tacoma, I think?
