On a side note i fitted a .1uf 50v ceramic cap to the zener in the rpm sensor circuit. No more false triggering!

Look, the drive board just bolts right to the bolts that hold the whole dang thing together! A nylon washer underneath, and nylon bolt on top, so the driver board stays isolated from the base plate:

I'm working with a guy in San Francisco to design a liquid cooled heatsink for a 4 igbt based power stage. Looking to gauge interest at this stage. Target price is usd$150 plus shipping. This may reduce if a few people get together and order in bulk.

Can you shed some light in the size, shape and components of this cold plate? Will it be pre-drilled?
