Might be OK only while it's a proof-of-concept, yet that would be pointless once it's ready for commercial production. But anyway, not capturing even the CO² from the trucks hauling the CO² to the plant is strange to say the least. Well, maybe there is still an issue with extracting the CO² from the air while keeping all the other compounds such as NOx away.
