My aerodynamic ideas for your car are-

Block the top grill and block out the fog light holes with plastic sheet color matched and cut to fit, and secured to the car with silicone sealant .

I was thinking exactly that, blocking only the top grill, as the lower one is used by the intercooler and I prefer not to mess up with that to prevent detonation. By making the block, how much can be gained, in terms of Cd or MPG? I was thinking in a moving block connected by one or two servos controlled by R/C from a button or something in the dashboard.

About the fog lights, well, I think they are fairly smooth already, but it can be a little project. Can it be just a lexan sheet cover to keep them functional?

To help cool the blocked radiator you could make a flap to deflect the air from the top of the inter cooler up to the front of the rad. It may be a easy modification. Someone recently was wanting to put clear plastic covers over their fog lights. Someone pointed out that they would become fogged by moisture. Maybe the fog light would shine thru the fogged lens fine ? I think if you are fairly happy with the aerodynamics of the fog lights, i would leave them as is. It's a very nice car, it would not be nice not to damage it with too much stuff stuck on it..
Just use zip ties or tape to adhere your grill block on, if you find the car gets to hot, cut it smaller or remove it, my advice, but hey, you may enjoy making a remote grill cover.

Today I took some photos of the underside of the car, you can see there's not a lot of ground clearance, as my hand barely fits, although it looks much bigger because of the surface where it's standing (I was doing some work earlier and I removed some of the stones and some ground). On the other photos you can see that it has some plastic covers, specially on the sides.




Note: that ugly gray thing is some polyurethane to fix the underside because the screws were falling off as the undertray hits bumps or water when it's raining hard, things like that, and to seal some gaps.



What can you recommend to improve the underside? A full flat underside? or just leave it that way?

Here I wanted to show you all the gaps the car has at the front, specialy from the headlamps, I think they are huge. I think I can have a noticeable improvement sealing them.







I'm thinking of buying some white polyurethane and seal the gaps, putting some tape in the hood to ensure not to glue it and then smooth the surface, maybe I can get a nice finish and it will look as one piece. Just an idea...

You have a great looking car. The gap sealing and grill blocks are a good idea. Consider fairings in front and behind the tires. Does the car have a tachometer and a vacuum/boost pressure gauge?

The car has tachometer but lacks the vacuum/boost gauge from the factory (the body computer measures it so it can be tracked from any OBDII scan thing, although I installed a mechanical vacuum/boost gauge directly from the vacuum lines, as the electronic ones have some delay.
