Nonono! We need the ethanol for the peaker plants to cover the odd long stay in the wind, just in case.

It sure would be nice if E85 was available where I live.

Maybe make the ethanol available for human consumption to get them through the power blackouts. Drunken blackouts to get through the power blackouts. It will be like it never happened.

I really don't understand why people want to use e85 besides racecars since its 105 octane. Price wise per btu its about the same price as 93.

If it was available then my build plan for my Jeep would change a lot. I definitely would boost my compression ratio to like 10:1. The cooling effect of ethanol would be beneficial too.

I was happy to learn that E0 is available in my area, although for significantly more than 10% over the E10 cost, and I think that station is the most expensive in-town for E10.

However, if I sign up for the Maverik Nitro card they are supposed to price-match the cheapest in-town and offer at least a 6¢ discount, but nobody else sells E0, so I would only receive the 6¢ discount, perhaps costing 10% more than E10?

Xist, I think you and I let the unimportant get in the way of the important.

Back to the thread topic, I am now the owner of an electric push mower thanks to my dad. Was the most satisfying mow I've ever had, but then again it was by far the smallest patch of lawn I've ever cut.
