Testing is finished for now.

13,9kWh at 100 km/h speed. Tesla Björn got same consumption at 90 km/h with stock car.

On my own short test route results are over 20% better than with stock car.
Still room for more, but will fly back to germany tomorrow...

3500km driven in 3 weeks only testing. 100km run could have been 0,3 to 0,4kWh better without any other cars. Just tire spats over 15 different versions.
More pictures at facebook of the final look.

There was still more mods to be done, but no time to execute them.

I must have missed this. What's the green part on the A-pillar?

(Please say plasma actuator. )

Green tape which lowers panel temperatures which leads to lower inside temps which leads to less need for cooling. Specially on the roof.

In this condition my ID3 is about 20% more energy efficient than the stock model. Drag coefficient Cd is under 0,22 based on my own calculations of the performance.
Mod list:
30mm lowering, (40mm would be optimal)
Optimal wheel angles for efficiency
air curtains at front
A arm covers front and rear
Front tire deflectors front and rear
Grill block
155/70r19 tires @ 4.0 bar
Fully blocked curved 19" wheels
Dampening at wheel wells and doors
Taped roof
And efficient driving of the car

With these tires the A arm panels could have been much bigger
Aircurtains should be fully closed inside the fender, now the upper side was still open
Tire deflectors still have room for improvements even i built 15 versions of them already.
could build deflectors behind the tires
wipers center part needs a plastic
Kammback could be extended
Rear diffusor could be extended
Rear tires could be built a skirt to cover whole wheelwell
window tinting would help to boost the efficiency also or PC windows

Sideview mirrors could be changed to cameras (would help a lot also to wind noise)
Few other speciall tricks to try that cannot be shared at this time.

On your video you mention white film on the dashboard and green film on the roof.

Why don't you use UV-film for that? You can just cover the whole windscreen (and probably side windows) and it will be much cooler inside the car.

Yes they have clear films even for meant to be used in windows. Plan was to test those for window noise, but did not have time for that. They would also keep interior much cooler if to put all window areas.

At the moment tire noise is so low that only wind noise is bothering most...

But the costs are out of my reach at this point. whole car over 1000€.

I have tinted acryl for windows, but again no time to built them. In the A8 I had rear door windows plastics and they worked fine.

Strangely, the model is a no-go for the United States.......

The smart packaging also allows for a low frontal drag coefficient of just 0.267, while the minimum curb weight is 1,719 kilograms...........
Odd front lower valance corner treatment and details.
