OOPS! My apologies, Frank.

Maybe Varn will chime in, as he was the OP.

Who was right? Ross Perot?

Those who voted for him thought so - or at least it provided an opportunity to record a protest vote.

Why does there have to be "fault" involved?

I wouldn't worry about old Ross. He's worth about $3.5 Billion. He had his fun and he left the political stage, FWIW.

The fault was the failure of the message to be delivered. So was it the deliverer's fault or the recipient's fault.

To quote the clever and infamous words of Hillary Clinton: “What difference, at this point, does it make?"

The answer will tell us if introducing charts and graphs into a discussion is a fail or not, at least in that case.

Why is this thread not in the Unicorn Corral?

Although I have actually learned something; I am a non-conservative. Pardon me while I buy a diesel dually which I have no right -- no, every right -- wait, that's wrong, no right -- to do, and please pass the parmesan.

EDIT: And bunnies!

I don't recall where I first found this, but it wasn't The Lounge. I scrolled back through the other subforums looking for the usual "Moved to the Lounge" notation but didn't find it. Through lack of sufficient caring, I will merely point to Permalink #40:

Good point.
So there're two others in agreement.

Maybe "Democrat" and "Republican" have lost their meanings.
OK. "Conservative and Liberal as labels has lost their original meaning[s]. First Democrats were Red and Republicans were Blue, then they swiched. I get so confused. I do know 'Democrat Party' is a slur.

OK. Now tell us who the true 'Liberals' are.
It's nice that we're in agreement. As I said the whole Left-Right division is a mystery to me. I consider myself a social anarchist.
