I always appreciate your comments, but don't always find them useful.

All Darc showed why brand doesn't matter with frames. That leaves lenses as the only important factor, but you didn't say why cheap lenses are not worth their low price (other than they degrade more quickly?), only to say that they are crap.

Well, my vision is vastly improved with my cheap (Costco) lenses. I'm willing to be wrong about buying cheap glasses, but I'd need to see an explanation of why (and not a proclamation).

...then, I'd need a good explanation why I should spend top dollar on sunglasses that will rarely be worn, and likely be destroyed playing ultimate frisbee. I plan to replace a pair of prescription sunglasses every couple years. I don't want to be that guy still wearing gold frame and rose colored glasses 20 years after they were fashionable. While I pay little attention to fashion, I pay some attention to it.

I was wondering why you'd have to replace glasses that are taken care of every two years. Just get aviators and step off the merrygoround.

And I didn't know you can block people on this forum.

Style wise I prefer aviators, and they tend to be more timeless (except for gold). That said, I need wraparounds to stay firmly attached while I'm active. Wouldn't mind having 2 different styles though, especially if the price is right.

...and I'll never step off the merrygoround. Life's too important to take too seriously.

In the early 2000s, I had snug jeans and my GF made fun of me and replaced them with baggy jeans. Then skinny jeans were popular and I had baggy jeans. My sister got snug jeans for me, but it looks like the trend is going back towards looser jeans again... I'm always 1 step behind.

Jordan doesn't say much about fashion except to say when in the public spotlight concerning serious topics, it's important to dress professionally.

I've always wanted a career that requires suits, but that's probably from watching too many Bond movies.

I never saw a good suit in real life. All people I see in photographs using one, at least in real world photos, looks bad, bad fit.
James Bond had supernatural powers to fit well in such things.

My wife has expensive prescription sunglasses and they just replace the lenses when her eyes change. I think Costco will do the same thing like putting your prescription lenses in Aviator frames.

At least he is a man.

If was a woman would be in trouble, since would require bunch of new things to combine with the new sunglasses.

Save you old calendars. There're only 14 possibilities, every six or eleven years.
