Update:
Try to mount the sprocket in the weekend but it didn't fit in the chain! Was to wide, so yesterday I went to the garage and they take 1,5mm of sprocket metal and now it fits.
So mounted...

For what I can tell, it engages easy under 20-25 LOD, but it disengages above 65-68 LOD... LOD should be the primary factor...

yes, I always try to stay above 1500 rpms unless downhill.
sometimes I can engage eco cam, sometimes not due to high load needed in that case...
Sometimes I blip for one or two seconds the throttle...

never tought of that like that, but yes, any mod that makes low load more steady you can maintain eco cam longer and get better FE...
but it is much more easy to keep it in eco cam by going higher...
