I managed to draw this graph showing %torque increase of my tri-Y header over the standard header with pre-cat in the manifold just by timing the cars acceleration to each 250rpm over a few runs...

The angle the pipes join in the Y pieces is rpm dependent with Formula 1 exhausts having an unbelievably high angle, so for low rpm with long exhaust pulses you will want a very shallow angle.

Not sure what you mean, it has a population density of 253/sq mi compared to the USA having 88.6/sq mi so it should be a lot easier for the USA to generate enough power from the available wind...

Not sure how much you know about flex pipes but some advice if you don't know:

If you have the room then I suggest a 6" one, I fitted a 6" to mine and it's a nice length, gives decent flexibility...

A 5% increase in fuel pressure gives a very small increase in flow, not a 5% increase - look up the theory or an online calculator. If you need more than a few % extra fuel then consider swapping...

That is because most engines don't run closed loop at full throttle, they use open loop and guess the amount of fuel to inject based on the throttle position sensor and either a manifold pressure...

Why do you not want a step in the "wrong direction"? I think it is only going to be a problem if you have long duration race cams...

A 32" primary is excessive and will miss out on some wave...
