Nice work. The 5.7L is a surprisingly efficient engine even though it uses very old tech. I regularly get over 30 mpg in my C5 Corvette and that is stock other than aftermarket exhaust.

Also, if it were to be centered would type 1 or type two be better. Would an abrupt entrance be best or would a sloped entrance be best for an inlet? I seen both on the vehicles that are posted....

So for the grill block i read that a lot of people like to do the block behind the grill to maintain a stock look but i didn't think that there would be much of a difference with that grill placement...
