This project is still very alive. Some money and technical difficulties but now cars almost ready for inspection. Oilpan leaked a lot and it took about 100 hours total to get that sorted out.

There actually is no "torgue" under 2000 rpm. Max torgue 284.8 is at 2500 so at
2000 rpm = 230Nm
1800 rpm = 200 Nm
1500 rpm = 100Nm

I will have 280 Nm at 1500 when gearbox is changed to bigger...

I just made an air dam out of some lawn edging. A B A testing shows 3.16%-4.2 % (avg 3.73%) better mileage. It took a whole half hour to make and install it, I should have done this a long time ago!...
