My mileage changes almost exactly 1 MPG per 10 degrees F, 1 MPG per 5-10 MPH wind speed, and about 2 MPG for an elevation...

I also use torque pro. It seems to incorrectly use psi instead of inches of mercury when displayi g vacuum. The 21 psi you see is actually 21 inches of vacuum.
