serial port GPS receiver, FREE (with minor issue)

I have an old GPS receiver that may work well for someone. Data comes over the serial port and 5V from a PS/2 port. The only problem is that the PS/2 connector broke off. It would be an easy fix if you can solder. Maybe this would work well for an embedded car computer?
