This is the history of a 23 years old bycicle :

In late october 2011, my aunt found an old bycicle in the garbage in her neighborhood. She called me and asked me if I wanted a project bike so that I could work on it and have a bycicle to travel around town.

I accepted.

The bike was at first, in poor conditions. It had unaligned wheels, old & rusty brake and speed cables, old brakes, it had tires, but they were all ripped off.

So I went to the local Canadian Tire, and I bought
-Brake & speed cables;
-Brakes;
-27" Tires & Trip;
-Manual tire pump.

After fitting the parts on the bike, it was rolling! We had to re-align the wheels and tighten some bolts, but the bike seemed to be in pretty good shape.

About 2 days later, I put the first aeromod on the bike :

Made of coroplast and hold up by zip-ties.

In May 2012, I bought a Trip Computer, a Cataye Velo 8 :

I have made a boat-tail to the bike after to do some P&G tests. And I liked it so much I decided to keep it :

Since May 2012, I've travelled 1575 kilometers (last updated : 29/04/2013).

Lastly, I was thinking about making some trips this year (2013) and I wanted to do a complete report on those.

I want to film and take alot of pictures, I also want to document the trips with alot of information and post it on this thread.

29/04/2013 île Perry Trip.
 

Today I did a 25 kilomete trip to île Perry with my friend (he was following me at ~20-25 km/h avg in skateboard all the time :)).

I have filmed about 25 minutes of this trip and I took 2 pictures :
