FS 1992 Honda Civic VX 50MPG - $700

LOCATED IN TORONTO. Pick up only, sorry my insurance ran out.

PROS:
-Still drives well
-224,000 km
-50 mpg AVERAGE (in warm months driven with hypermiling in mind. Winter was only low 40's. Best I got was a 54 mpg tank coming from MTL with 5 people in the car)
-original rims with good condition snow tires
new clutch (Jan 2013)
-new upper control arms, ball joints, and tie rod ends, brake pads (Oct 2013)
-new battery (Dec 2013)
-stereo/sound is decent
-super cheap to insure

CONS:
-Body 5/10 rusty, smashed rear quarter panel (popped out and rough but no structural damage was done)
-Speedometer works only like 25% of the time
-Tachometer recently stopped being accurate
-leak somewhere in the drivers side ends up leaking at your left foot a little bit in heavy rain. Tried sealing the whole area but gave up.
-passenger side only unlockable from the outside
-hatch doesn't stay up on its own
-spare tire very used
-glove compartment not attached at the moment
-frosts on the inside of the windows in certain cold conditions
-smells like gas sometimes when the fan is on
-the e-brake has started to act up like it doesn't catch all the time unless you play around with it
-its a b15z1 engine so if you want a fast engine this is literally the worst choice for you

OTHER:
-previous owner painted it black (used to be teal), tinted the windows kind of poorly, and installed green floor lights but the plug broke on me.
-I'm going carless otherwise I'd be driving this thing til it's death.
-You handle the safety and e-test. I don't know if it needs anything or if it will pass as is.
