1993 mercedes 300d
 

I just picked up a 1993 Mercedes 300d with a blown auto transmission and I am swapping in a 5 speed manual. Since the transmission, shifter and pedal assembly are from a 190d I am having a few questions about the wiring. Has anyone out there had any personal experience with this swap? I would love to take advantage of your experience.

I haven't done a W124 swap, only older. Check out the peachparts forum they have lots of knowledge over there on all models.

I grew up in 300'd's..always wanted to see a manual. Would love to see it finished.

Following this topic. I've looked at a few 300d in the past but never committed to buying one. Maybe something for me to consider in the next few years.
