WTB 92-95 Civic VX !!

I am looking to buy a Civic VX. I currently have a 93 in good condition and runs great except it has no A/C and I am using it for commuting and it gets pretty hot driving around at slow speeds. Still getting 45MPG+ with highway travel and hilly terrain. I would like to find one that has the original engine, wheels and A/C. I live in New York but, I am willing to travel(within reason) for the right car. Please let me know what you have out there.

I have had my current VX for 4+ months now and I love the mileage and the car as a whole. Thanks.

Mine is a salvage rebuilt 94 model, which just turned 60k miles. It is all original and has factory AC.

Bought it in March 2008 with 27,492 miles and repaired the damage to the rear end from a collision in 1995.

The car sat in an insurance companies training center for about 13 years. They used it to train adjusters.

It still has about 50% of the pad material on the original front disc brakes. Engine runs perfectly and uses no oil in 6k miles between changes with Mobil 1 synthetic. Engine is immaculate inside.

Original wheels. Rear brake drums still do not have any significant surface rust on them. Vehicle is rust free.

If interested I can post pictures.

The 60k original miles are documented and guaranteed. In Virginia falsifying mileage is a felony with triple damages and legal cost incurred by the seller.

regards
Mech

Please send a few pictures and an idea of price you are looking for by email. A little further than I was thinking of traveling but worth taking a look. Thanks for the reply.

My wife, myself and my parents are going to Dover Delaware, starting the second weekend in September to do a little gambling. I always lose , but they have fun.
If you are interested I could drive the VX up there, and if we can work out a deal then I would have transportation back to VA.

I am thinking about $4k.

regards
Mech

jtimmons, you should always be willing to travel south of the rust belt for a used car.

If you don't mind, please send me an email and we can discuss. I don't have enough posts to send a PM or email to you. Thank you.

I'm interested if the OP doesn't want it.
