Carbon fiber looks good to me. But I agree with nascarnation. :-D

R34

Oh, the old R34 -- what a machine. The new one looks pretty mean, especially with the aero mods.

I agree, your undertray looks (and probably works) better, and way less than 80-some-Grand :)

This may be a good place to comment, but I still get the bug to drive fast (as many of us here have) -- but owning a stupid fast car is pointless anymore. Unless you have a track pass and lots of spare $$$, it's just more depreciation and speeding tickets.

Still a tempting automobile...

To me it becomes obvious that I made some mistakes in designing my pan.
For maximum effectiveness it needs to be sealed to the wheel wells. Or as best as possible. Also the mid section is not nearly as important as the for and aft sections. Lastly , air should be allowed a low speed exit point. No fairing needed. In the skyline's case they use the exhaust tunnel. I'm slowly compiling my improvements to be made this spring.

Not bad. Not great either. If they were truly going for aero I would think they would have designed the body and engine package around a flat or nearly flat belly. It looks almost like an afterthought. Not like what the Elise has

Considering what Nissan was able to accomplish, the R35 is perfect in every way. Fuel economy be damned.

Hi boys

but, the exhaust c0oling duct?

from wheel arc?

Personally I'd rather have an R34 over the R35, by the styling alone.
