2011 Tundra Aero Cap: ZZ Topper
I have been watching with admiration the various iterations of efficient shapes for toppers. I have been building my own boats in plywood or strip planks for 35 years and both wanted an efficient cap and to experiment with a newly discovered product: Plascore. There are many different varieties of Plascore but a light and inexpensive choice popular with drift boat builders is the polypropylene honeycomb core with a fiberglass scrim bilaterally in the panel build. It is light and cheap. I plan to incorporate Plascore into if not as the main component in my next composite flats boat. Here are photos in a near completed state on Easter 2014. Plascore, fiberglass fabric, epoxy resin, plywood cored forward bulkhead, gas struts soon, plexiglass rear window like the Prius, and Monstaliner bedliner sprayed and rolled in/out. I must learn how to compress the photos apparently.

2011 Tundra Aero Cap: ZZ Topper
I hope these photos will fly, or maybe I send them individually. I do others things better than I compute.
OK, no dice. I have photos from a smartphone but they are ~297 kb. and the limit is 97kb. How can I prepare them to be sent via the Chromebook? If I can't accomplish this I'll need to retake with my camera? And that will work? Or will they need to be placed in another format? |
Can you upload to photobucket or similar? Probably the easiest way to post on a forum. Takes maybe 5 minutes to set up an account and upload your photos...longer the next time when you get on and they have changed the formatting of the website you are familiar with...

You might try a 3rd party image hosting service. They resize images to multiple sizes and provide code for embedding in forums.
If you don't have software to resize, you could also resize using an online tool. I just googled and found this one for example: Free Online Picture Resizer - Crop and Resize photos, images, or pictures online for FREE! |
This stuff?
