300,000 mile Metro
 

I meet a guy today that has a Metro he bought new in 1997 that has 300,000 miles on the original engine. No leaks and it does not use any oil. Said the life time average is 45-50 mpg.

He laughed and said it kind of nice now because for 8 years everybody was making fun of his car and now they want to buy it. :turtle:
