356 Aero Mod?

This is probably an April Fool photoshop, but wow!

I don't think I want to go that far with mine, but pretty cool anyway

I wonder what the weight distribution will change to with that being on... ;)

I think that is the new prototype for the next Austin Powers movie car.

I was just wondering about engine cooling for the rear engine pancake.

It looks real.Really nice English-wheel work! Without an overhead view it's impossible to appraise it but the lower portion 'looks about right',however the roofline,as with all Porsches is too fast.If it had Jaray's panoramic windscreen it might have had a better chance.
Without any combustion air, cylinder, and oil cooler openings,it's hard to tell what they were thinking about.
It's possible that the 'jet exhaust' opening is for a forced deployment drogue parachute as used on dry lakes racers.
She would be the World's Fastest 356 with standard power.

Following up on this --

It turns out that this was no photoshop April fools joke after all. It is a recreation of an aero mod done by a German Porsche dealer in the fifties.

He claimed an additional 8 kph max speed over the unmodified car, here's some pictures of the original.
