92 speedometer
 

My speedometer works 'most' of the time. I have changed the VSS (including the 'tooth') checked for clean connections at the cluster. Checked the cluster for broken soldering points. So far nothing has made this a reliable speedometer.

Any ideas? Is there a relay that powers the speedometer? Is there a way to test that the cluster is actually bad before purchasing another cluster?
