Which filed corporate bankruptcy then sold China owner know by Waxaning
If I am correct the michigan plant never made any domestic sales or production runs that could sustain the original capital investment.Additional hopefully other mfgs now who are overshadowing the misdirected A123

A123 now has filed suit with Apple for employment poaching.

So we have attorneys and judges that participate in the pathetic history of the coporate shell of A123

Yes A123 started out the gate with government money and a too big to fail attitude.
They only wanted to sell batteries to GM or Ford and never responded to sales inquiries of privet individuals.

End of the day lawyers, banks and china will end up with all that tax payer money.
