ABS plastic sheet for undertray; where do i buy?
 

I am located in Modesto California.
I went to Lowes & HomeDepot. They have roofing plastic but it's wavy and wont work for undertray. Can anyone here recommend a supplier for ABS material or something comparable to make an undertray?

I am from fresno i also went to Home depot and lowes. Lowes did not have it but home depot did by there doors. I didnt buy it because it was only 36"x72.

ABS is not rigid enough over the distance and you'll have tooo many mounting points or too much vibration.

The mfg use abs because they can press in shapes to reduce the vibrating

Ooop I was talking about coroplast. Home depot has corplast.

coroplast is available at sign shops.
Call your local sign shop, ask who they but 4 x 8 sheets from. Who is their supplier.
I went to a supplier in Sacramento near ARCO arena. THe would roll it slightly so I could get it in the back seat

Ok, i'll check out coroplast. I wasn't sure which material to use for undertray.
I'll look at homedepot and also ask sign vendor. Thanks.

Wouldnt you want to read the many threads on underbelly trays to understand the materials needed?

Google corrugated plastic. There's got to be plenty of vendors out there... maybe Regal Plastics or Rid Out plastics.

I read here and other sites and just recalled ABS plastic from memory. I found some coroplast @home depot and one sign vendor in my area said to get back and talk to manager; i spoke to a low level employee.

I used 1/8" ABS for the belly pan on my Geo Metro Hatchback EV. It took 2 sheets and I got it from Industrial Plastic Supply for $45 per sheet. They cut the sheets 4' x 8' into 3pcs 48"x32" and shipped it UPS to me. They have a website, but calling and ordering got a lower price.
