I considered Aero modding my hoe

if I could get to 40MPG that would be cool for a 6,000 pound SUV with a V8 engine.

the Best ever was 28.7mpg combined so i'm pretty close

An interesting turn of phrase. aerocivic made it happen to best of his —and anybodies— ability.

If you like build quality have you seen the cars that show up for SEMA?

Just A Car Guy: 1st Renault Dauphine that I think I've ever seen

Or the Optima Challenge?

Just A Car Guy: The Simca Chatelaine (first to ever be at SEMA I suspect) won an Optima Golden Ticket

When it comes to fender skirts, I'm dismayed at seeing everyone covering just the existing opening, instead of creating a smooth shape that covers more area, perhaps blending into a tail cone.

I want to get a Metro just so I can make some skirts like Blackfly, except Turnpike Cruiser style:

https://ecomodder.com/forum/emgarage...s&vehicleid=11

The trailing [separation] edge would be like the Citroen Tubik

Nothing needs skirts on the rear wheel than the Arcimoto FUV.

This car also hit the 70 MPG tank average repeatedly, so it gets a hat picture for the 70 MPG tank challenge.
