Any hints or guides on making a sunvisor extension?
 

I just want to make a sunvisor extension that can slide out and also one that folds down. I'm going to try and work out a design to make one this weekend unless someone has a really good design. I want it to look as close to factory as possible. Whatever it ends up looking like will help my kids a lot.

You might try adding detail like

• Make-Model-Year
• which window (front rear side)
• any existing visor to extend

How is the 'whatever' appearance going to help your kids?

For now I'll just offer 'bead roll wire edge'.

2012 fiesta S and the visors on front windows. Front visors don't extend like in fancy cars. I just meant that even if they look crappy, it will block some of the sun from my kids eyes.

Give the kids baseball caps. I have the same problem. I have a rear-view mirror that's 2 1/2ft wide so the sun visors had to go.
