Avion Car Company | Progressive Automotive X PRIZE

It's a pretty sleek looking thing with a pretty good boat tail configuration.

I'm slowly working my way through the list of contestants. Some pretty interesting cars in there.

Looks like they read R.G.S.Whites paper from 1968.
