Anyone run a 195/80/16 Ecopia EP-02?
 

I'm really interested in running these ecologically oriented, ultra-low rolling resistance tires but they are summer only and only good for about 36,000 miles with a starting tread depth of 8/32" @ $141+ each. I think I may end up with buyer remorse. They would be going on an AWD vehicle so traction would not be an issue in the rain.

i would have to have the DOT numbers before buying, for the date code. fits rav4 ev though 2002 or 3. you could potentially be buying some very old stock

the last 4 are within 6 years, tirerack wouldnt sell old tires.

most likely, but if i was on the fence about tires, finding out one option was from a run 5 1/2 years ago would sway me
