Anyone try these injectors (Honda)

They look pretty promising. The company looks very professional, unlike some no name ebay company. It seems they're specifically designed for the d15b6 (my engine). They also sell other injectors designed for the d15z1 and d16y5 and d16y7 as well injectors designed for performance vs fuel economy. Anyways have any of you tried them? If so did you see any gains? I'm thinking of picking them up but wanted some opinions first. |
All you have to do is get a latest generation injectors that have the desired flow rate and simular impedance (with in 2 ohm) of what your vehicles injector driver was made for. Or add resistors if you pick up say a set of 8 ohm injectors and your vehicle needs 16 ohm.
IMO don't over spend on repackaged injectors that are in no way any more special than whats installed from the factory on newer vehicles. |

It would be a case of modding since the injectors don't need to be changed and the newer generation injectors are not the OE replacement for whats in the vehicle.
Believe it or not injectors have gotten quite a bit better since the 1990s. |
pretty much anything is better than the pintle style injectors of the mid 80s....
i'm waiting for drop-in-retrofit piezo injectors to be common.... pulsewidth compensation would be able to drop to nearly nothing and with probably a significantly better/consistent spray pattern. |
Rdx injectors would be the way to go. They actually have a spay designed to atomize the fuel more efficiently. They also only cost $37/ea from Acura. You will have to convert ur harness, and get the rail caps as well. Check out this site for more info.
