The Metro is the most salable. The 1958 Baja is technically a pile of parts. The Superbeetle needs work, will be the last to go.

They bought Tilting Motor Works and developed the MLM. TMW still exists, selling conversion kits.

MLM is a different category of vehicles (there are five or six models based on the FUV platform). It has hub motors instead of driveshafts, that might make a difference.

I wonder if Sandy Munroe took a hit on FUV (or was key to a pump and dump scheme)? I'm -$700 after mocking everyone that invested. I went in when it took a huge hit, but then it went to zero.

Am I understanding correctly that you gave Arcimoto 1/3 of the cost of a used FUV on what is essentially a layaway program? What happens if Arcimoto finally goes under before you take delivery? Any assurances of getting your money back?

I shan't even ask. Something to consider, I suppose; the plan is to shorten the exposure as much as possible.

I'm going to make another loan application that may or may not be declined. That would be immediate. I'm prepping things to sell, the Metro, the Shopsmith, this toolbox my neighbor claims would list at $250.

They did honor the $100 I threw down in 2016. I don't know what a recievership or bankruptsy would look like. Maybe I'd get it for pennies on the dollar?

What you would get depends on the terms on the paperwork you signed.

If your money is held in escrow by a 3rd party you will get it all back.

If not you are unlikely to see even a penny as bankruptcy payments are paid out based on priority. The court were supervise the sale of all of Arcimoto's assets and then distribute whatever money is raised in that sale to their creditors. Secured creditors get paid in full first, anything left goes to priority creditors, and then unsecured creditors come last.
