Great article, congratulations SVOboy!
I believe gas in Belgium is 6€ (over $9) rather than $6 a gallon though. :(

you sure , he wrote the article over a week ago, could just be the price went up that much in a week at the rate that its going now

wow someone like my shiny tray :)

last fillup was about 9.3$/gallon, and that was an early fillup as max prices would go up by a cent the next day! it's been like that for a while though...

i don't have exact figures but current tank to tank results indicate i went from 6.3l/100km to 6l/100km with the under tray
so it's saving me about 0.47euro/100km
the tray should pay off in less than 3 months.
i'm thinking of doing a rear defuser this way as well.

Lunarhighway - wow at the price of gas! I looked it up on what I took to be a rather reliable index of gas prices by nation, but I guess it was a "little off."

Thanks to everyone who helped me with this!

.:Brandstofprijzen.be V4.1:. Vergelijk de prijs van benzine, diesel en LPG bij de tankstations in uw buurt

this site lists the max prises for fuel in belgium (prices at the pump are usually around 10 cents less) and sends out an email when a price increase is due... usually only one day in advance, but when i get it i usually stop by the pump for a refill, even when i've still got plenty... it's only a few cents a time, but these things add up.
