I would, if I had any, use them in small electronic projects.

You couldn't use them as a starter battery.

Also, awesome, you use Windows XP still too?
Me too, I'm getting great use out of this Laptop made in 2006 by using Windows XP and most apps that I need to use are all 32bit.

Those are Li-Ion by the way, not LiFePO4. If they were stored empty they probably are gone anyway.
