Buell 1125R
So my 2008 two wheel death rocket is in Pennsylvania right now. I am going on leave and am planning on riding back to Georgia. Now I need to free up some cash for my first born child, should I sell this beast or one of my other Buells. I also have an 2008 XB12X and a 1998 S1.
The reason I ask is the valve actuation is done with finger followers not a camshaft and springs. Could I decrease the valve overlap with a little tinkering, and get much better FE? Plus I could swap the rear sprocket to lower RPMs a bit, and she has a six speed tranny compared to the HD sporty based sisters with a five speed. Also there are actual fairings offered to improve Cd. I don't think I'll use any of the top end of the 1125R |
I had an XB9R, best handling bike i've ever owned. As for your question, I'm not the guy, but kudos on the 1125R.
