Calculating frontal area?

Hoping to plug in some data to the aero calc, but need to get some baseline figures.

Can anyone advise me how to calculate the frontal area of my car?

Then I can find out the Cd and get cracking!

Cheers

If you drive a cube van. Usual estimates are arrived at by h x w x .85-.90.

IIRC the Mayfield site that pops up from time to time was created for gamers and the figures were estimated this way. Not to be used if accuracy to the nth degree is wanted, but better than nothing.
