Cali engine importer recommendations
 
I want to purchase my D15z1 within the next week or so and would like to know who you guys recommend. I live in California and would like to keep shipping costs low. I was about to purchase from Nippon motors but have heard mixed reviews about them. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
